Gold
The Gold package (price dependent on the machine) includes two services during the year (recommended at 6 and 12 months). And also one free call out if your machine breaks down at any time during the year. We will make every effort to respond to your breakdown within 24 hours. Any parts found to be needed during the course of the service and break down will be discounted by 20%. Parts purchased at other times during the year will be charged at the standard rate.
